Opera dei Lumi is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation, recognised and registered with the Charity Commission of England and Wales and Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs.
In order to fulfill and grow its aims and objectives, Opera dei Lumi relies on a network of supporters and interested individuals. In doing so, Opera dei Lumi processes personal information for any of the following reasons: marketing and fundraising campaign awareness, special offers on tickets and newsletter updates.
Data is only stored and used in accordance with the individual’s consent and the current data protection laws.
Information stored can include any of the following: name, postal address, email address, phone number, donation history, method of payment history, Gift Aid history. All information is stored in a Customer Relationship Management service (hereafter its “database”). This service is secured through unique validation and verification methods and is limited to Opera dei Lumi personnel only.
Personal information obtained and stored by Opera dei Lumi will not be sold to any external organisations. Similarly, such information will not be shared with any external organisations unless required by law or by a lawful request by a governmental body.
Individuals can submit a ‘Subject Access Request’ at any time by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. In doing so, one can view the information stored and request for parts to be altered or removed, if appropriate. Individuals can also update their details and preferences, or opt-out, at any point by following the links in the footer of our marketing emails.
Any amendments to this policy will be effective immediately.
